The faculty member is Prof. Bong Koo Kang. We cooperate with many companies, such as Sam-sung, Hynix, LG, POSCO, in doing our research project. We also have enough our own equipment for experiments. Administrative Personnel
The semiconductor group works on modeling the electrical extraction method for parameters which cannot extract physically, and study of the reliability of the semiconductor devices.
The power electronics circuit group focuses on high-efficiency converters, high frequency generate circuits, and design the circuit system include both analog and digital circuits (FPGA controller).
